Amenfi Central MP Joana Gyan Cudjoe Ends Seven-Year Business Partnership with Music Duo Keche

Joana Gyan Cudjoe, the Member of Parliament for Amenfi Central, has officially concluded her professional relationship with the award-winning Ghanaian music duo Keche. The announcement, released by GEM Multimedia Ghana Ltd, marks the end of a seven-year tenure that began in 2019, during which Cudjoe served as the group’s primary investor, manager, and executive producer. The decision to part ways follows the expiration of their contractual agreement on August 31, 2026, which the parties have decided not to renew.

During her leadership, Cudjoe was instrumental in the duo's career development, overseeing their transition to the brand name Keche Global. Her involvement was characterized by substantial financial investments in high-quality music production, strategic branding, and various live performances. Despite the conclusion of this professional chapter, GEM Multimedia emphasized that the separation is strictly business-oriented and characterized by mutual respect, with no underlying personal disputes or animosity between the MP and the artists.

A significant focus of the announcement was the clarification of the personal relationship between Cudjoe and Keche Andrew, who are husband and wife. Both parties were quick to reassure the public that while the professional management deal has ended, their marriage remains strong and unaffected. Cudjoe expressed deep gratitude for her time working with the duo—comprising Keche Andrew and Keche Joshua—and encouraged fans to continue their unwavering support for the group as they navigate their future independently under the Keche Global banner.

Looking ahead, Joana Gyan Cudjoe plans to redirect her focus and resources toward new ventures and the development of emerging talent through her company, GEM Multimedia Ghana Ltd. This transition allows the MP to better balance her legislative responsibilities in Amenfi Central with her evolving interests in the creative arts industry. Meanwhile, Keche Global is expected to continue its operations independently, building on the foundation established during their seven-year partnership with Cudjoe.
