De United Foods Industries Limited (DUFIL) has officially launched its "Indomie Yi Wo De3" National Consumer Promotion, earmarking GH₵4 million in total rewards for customers across Ghana. The initiative marks a significant milestone as the brand celebrates two decades of operations in the country. This campaign is distinguished as Ghana's first celebrity-led consumer promotion, blending commercial rewards with a strong focus on community support and corporate social responsibility. The promotion features four prominent Ghanaian celebrities serving as "Community Captains": actress Nana Ama McBrown, musicians Stonebwoy and KiDi, and media personality Giovanni Caleb. These captains are not merely brand ambassadors but are tasked with promoting various charitable causes as part of the campaign's broader mission to give back to the communities that have supported Indomie over the past 20 years. This engagement strategy aims to deepen the brand's connection with its diverse consumer base while addressing local needs. To participate, consumers must purchase specially marked promo packs of Indomie and enter the unique codes found inside. The reward structure includes a variety of weekly prizes ranging from cash and electronic gadgets to a grand prize of a brand-new car. By integrating these unique codes into the product packaging, DUFIL intends to drive widespread participation and reward brand loyalty throughout the festive season and into the new year. Scheduled to run from October 15, 2026, through January 15, 2027, the "Indomie Yi Wo De3" campaign includes an extensive advertising rollout and grassroots community engagement activities. Company officials emphasized that while the promotion offers substantial individual prizes, the underlying goal is to celebrate the long-standing relationship between the brand and the Ghanaian public. The initiative reflects DUFIL’s commitment to sustainable business practices and active contribution to local social development.
